SIS Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

The Investment Committee of SIS Limited has, in its meeting held today, approved an Investment of Rs. 10.16 Crores in Agarsha Senior Care Private Limited by way of a. subscription to Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares as a primary investment and b. acquisition of the equity shares from the existing shareholders as a secondary investment, for the acquisition of approximately 4.00% shareholding in Agarsha.
