Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the ninth meeting of Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of Siti Networks Limited was held on 2nd May 2024, in terms of Section 24 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 18 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Regulation Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. During the meeting, the Resolution Professional informed the CoC members that he has received resolution plans for the Company. Further, the resolution plans received were opened during the CoC meeting in the presence of the authorised representative of the relevant Resolution Applicants, members of the CoC, RP advisory team, legal counsels and members of the suspended board of directors and their authorised representatives.
