Siti Networks Ltd - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the tenth meeting of the Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of Siti Networks Ltd. ("Company") was held on 22nd May, 2024 in terms of Section 24 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, read with Regulation 18 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Regulation Process for Corporate Pesons) Regulations, 2016. During the meeting, the Resolution Professional ("RP") has invited the Resolution Applicants to present their respective resolution plans to the members of the CoC. The RP provided updates related to the corporate insolvency resolution process ("CIRP") viz. CIRP timelines, claims, legal and resolution process.
