Siti Networks Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that as per the Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities ("Company''s Insider Trading Code"), in connection with the Un-Audited Financials Results for the first quarter of financial year 2024-25 and three months ending on June 30, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "Un-Audited Financial Results"), the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall be closed for the Designated Persons of the Company from July 1, 2024 and the same shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
