SJVN Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017 to, inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter/Nine Months ending December 31, 2016 (Q3) and Interim Dividend for the FY 2016-17, if any.<BR><BR>Further as per the Company's internal "Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting trading by insiders and for fair disclosure, 2015, the trading window will be closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from February 03, 2017 and shall remain closed till February 15, 2017 (Both days inclusive).
