SKF INDIA LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting - SKF India Limited appoints Rakesh Makhija as Chairman of Board

SKF India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 21, 2015, has approved the retirement of Mr. K. C. Mehra as the Chairman & from the Board of the Company and have appointed Mr. Rakesh Makhija as the Chairman of the Company with effect from July 22, 2015.<BR><BR>In this regard, the Company has issued a copy of Press Release dated July 21, 2015 titled "SKF India Limited appoints Rakesh Makhija as Chairman of Board".
