Sky Gold Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

As per the SEBI (PIT) Regulation 2015, we would like to inform you that the Trading Window of the Company will be closed with effect from 01st April 2024 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year Ended 31st March 2024, along with the Audit Report thereon.
