In terms of the provision of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Sky Industries Limited ('Company') at its Meeting held today i.e., October 22, 2022, inter-alia, on basis of Recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, considered & approved the appointment of Mr. Nitin Arvind Oza (DIN: 03198502) as an Additional Director designated as Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) years with effect from October 22, 2022 subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing General Meeting. The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.20 A.M. and concluded at 12:00 Noon.
