The Trading window closure for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives as defined in the code for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 01, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2024.
