Appointment of Mr. Bhanubhai Patel as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent) of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Ms. Arati K. Naik as an Additional Director and also as a Whole Time Director Designated as Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
