Smiths & Founders (India) Limited - Closure of Trading Window

With reference to the above, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons of the Company w.e.f. 1st October, 2021 till the date of Board Meeting (both days inclusive) proposed to be held for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2021 and the Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the publication of the aforesaid financial results.<BR> The aforesaid Intimation is given under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. <BR>
