Smruthi Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the United States Food and Drugs Administration (USFDA) has issued a warning letter for Company's site located at A-27, MIDC Chincholi, Solapur, India - 413255 with reference to the observations of inspection performed in October, 2013. The Company is working with USFDA in resolving the issues.
