Kindly note that the Board of Directors of the Company has, in its meeting held today i.e. on Saturday, 06th August, 2022 ("said meeting"), considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Further, pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, please find enclosed herewith: - (i) the Unaudited Financial Results; and (ii) Limited Review Report dated 06th August, 2022 , issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company w.r.t. the Unaudited Financial Results and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company.
