SOFTSOL INDIA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

As per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in the securities of the Company for Designated Persons from 1st October 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for Second Quarter & Half year ending on September 30, 2021.
