Softtech Engineers Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the designated persons from 1st July, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024.
