The Board of Directors at their meeting convened today inter alia considered and approved the following: -<BR> <BR> Termination of MOU with Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company and appointment of M/s MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd, Vadodara as new Registrar and Share Transfer agent of the Company with immediate effect.<BR>
