The Board of Directors at their meeting convened today inter alia considered and approved the following: -<BR> 1. Appointment of Ms. Trupti Nandlal Chaurasia, member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Membership no. ACS55589) as company Secretary and Compliance Office of the Company w.e.f. 5th October, 2020.<BR> 2. Termination of MOU with Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company and appointment of M/s MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd, Vadodara as new Registrar and Share Transfer agent of the Company with immediate effect.<BR>
