SOMANY CERAMICS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons ('the Code'), we wish to inform that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, 1st April, 2024 till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2024, for Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives as covered under the Code.
