SOMANY CERAMICS LTD. - Intimation Of Record Date For Payment Of Dividend For The FY 2023-24

The Company has fixed Monday, 5th day of August, 2024 as the ''Record Date'' for the purpose of determining entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024, if approved at the 56th Annual General Meeting. The Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from Tuesday, 6th August 2024 to Monday, 12th August 2024 (both days inclusive). The dividend, as recommended by the Board, if approved at the Annual General Meeting will be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting, subject to deduction of tax at source to:
