Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform that Mr. Salil Singhal (DIN: 00006629) and Mr. Ravinder Nath (DIN: 00062186), Independent Directors of the Company would be completing their second and final term as an Independent Director on 12th August, 2024 and consequently they would cease to be the Directors of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours on 12th August, 2024. The Board has expressed its sincere appreciation for the contribution made by Mr. Salil Singhal and Mr. Ravinder Nath as members of the Board.
