Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2015 has elevated Mr. Sunjay Kapur from Vice- Chairman and Managing Director to the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect.
