Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, has declared a final dividend of Re. 0.65 per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each subject to the approval of shareholders.
