Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2014 to September 23, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 23, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, August 14, 2014 will be the Cut-off date [Record date for the purpose of Rule 20 (3) (vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules] for determining voting rights of members, entitled to participate in the voting process with respect to business to be transacted at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on September 23, 2014.
