Sonata Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the 'Trading Window' shall remain closed during the period from May 16, 2016 to May 25, 2016 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>The Company proposes to hold a conference call with Analysts / Investors on May 24, 2016.
