Sonata Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Second Interim Dividend for the financial year 2014-15, if declared at the ensuing Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 07, 2014 will be paid to the shareholders on or after November 20, 2014 through Electronic Clearing System (ECS) or by dividend warrants, as applicable.
