South Indian Bank Ltd has informed BSE that In terms of Section 35B of the Banking Regulation Act 1949, the Reserve Bank of India has conveyed their approval for appointment of Sri. V. G. Mathew as MD and CEO of the Bank for a period of three years w.e.f. October 01, 2014.
