Pursuant to Regulation 30 SEBI (LODR) 2015, we inform you that M/s Infosys Ltd. had filed a commercial suit under sections 134 & 135 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 for permanent injunction against the alleged infringement of trade mark, passing off etc. before Delhi High Court. The company shall defend the same and does not expect any material impact as per its internal assessment and that the company is taking appropriate steps to safeguard its interest.
