Southern Infosys Ltd - Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 (schedule II Part A) of SEBI (LODR), 2015, we inform you that Ms kriti bareja, (Membership no. A51320) has been appointed for the post of company secretary and compliance officer of the company with effect from 6th July 2024 as per the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (LODR), 2015. Further we would like to inform you that the company has discussed the appointment and a note on the same is placed before the board of directors in their meeting held on 5th July 2024. The details required under Regulation 30 of the listing regulations read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 2023 are provided in Annexure-A.
