Pursuant to the provisions of section 91 of the companies act, 2013 and regulation 42 of SEBI(LODR), 2015, the register of member and share transfer books of the company shall remain closed from 18th september, 2024 to 25th september, 2024 (both day inclusive) in connection with the 30th AGM of the company scheduled to be held on 25th september 2024 The cut off date for the purpose of determining the voting rights of the shareholder of the company is 18th september 2024.
