Sparc Electrex Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Meeting Updates

In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today 14.08.2024 have fixed the Book Closure dates as 23.09.2024 to 30.09.2024 (both days inclusive) in connection with the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
