Sparc Electrex Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and "SPARC ELECTREX LTD''s Code of Conduct for Insiders" the Trading window for dealing in security of the Company shall remain close for designated persons (as defined under the code) from closing of business hours 30th September, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024.
