This is to inform you that in terms of Company''s Code Conduct to regulate, monitor and report<BR> of trading by Designated persons, , read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the SEBI<BR> (Prohibition of insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window to deal<BR> with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their<BR> immediate relatives) from July 01, 2021 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the<BR> announcement of financial results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2021 to the public (both<BR> days inclusive).<BR> The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the company''s Financial<BR> Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 to the stock Exchanges.<BR> The date of Board Meeting of the company for review and approval of the unaudited Financial<BR> Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2021 will be intimated in due course.
