SPECIALITY RESTAURANTS LTD. - Execution of the Share Sale Agreement relating to Love Sugar and Dough Private Limited, ("LSDPL")

With reference to the earlier letter dated April 28, 2015 and April 29, 2015 regarding the proposed sale of entire shareholding held by Speciality Restaurants Limited (the "Company") in LSDPL comprising of 5,100 equity shares of LSDPL aggregating to 51% of the issued and paid up equity share capital of LSDPL for an aggregate consideration of not exceeding Rs. 0.57 crore (the "Transaction").<BR><BR>Speciality Restaurants Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has completed the transfer formalities in relation to the Transaction pursuant to the share sale agreement executed between the parties and consequently, LSDPL has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company with effect from August 03, 2015.
