SPECTRUM FOODS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

The trading window will remain closed from Monday, June 30, 2024, in connection with the finalization of Financial Statements/ results of the Company for Quarter ending June 30, 2024. The trading window will open 48 hours after the financial results are announced. Accordingly Directors and KMPs/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons and their relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
