SPEL Semiconductor Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 02, 2015, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will be closed from October 27, 2015 till November 05, 2015 (both days are inclusive).
