The Company has obtained extension of two months for conducting the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company from the Registrar of Companies (NCT of Delhi & Haryana) under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013. Accordingly, the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on or before November 30, 2017.
