Spisys Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

The trading window in respect of the Company's Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors/Officers/Designed Employees of the Company from the trading hours on 15.05.2017 till close of the trading hours on 01.06.2017 as per the code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company for declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2017.
