SPML Infra Limited - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligation And Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015,

pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulation, 2015, and in continuation of our letter dated 21st March, 2024, we would like to inform you that the company has recovered an amount of Rs. 41.78 crore from NTPC Ltd, under vivad se viswas II (Contractual Disputes) scheme. With aforesaid receipt total recovery from NTPC under the aforesaid scheme is Rs. 243.20 crore.
