SPML Infra Limited - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of Provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October 2024 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
