In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the extracts of the Newspaper Advertisement w.r.t. the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday the 12th September, 2017, inter-alia to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017, as Published in the Business Standard Hindi as well as English edition on 4th September, 2017
