SPML Infra Limited - Board Meeting Adjourned

With reference to the captioned subject and in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled & held today that is on 16th August, 2017 has been adjourned until further notice, seeking some more information and clarifications on implementation of SPML S4A Scheme.
