Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, Mr. Dipesh Gala, (DIN: 05304761) Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company on account of personal reasons with effect from November 22, 2022 (after closure of business hours). We further confirm that there is no other material reason for her resignation other than those provided above.
