This is to inform that the Company has received on 19/06/2024 approval from RBI to proposed acquisition 41,62,092 Equity Share of the Company by its Promoter, Mr. Sandeep P. Shah alongwith Sanrina Consultancy Pvt Ltd., a promoter Group Company, and seek delisting of equity share capital of the Company from BSE Ltd by making delisting offer in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Reg. 2021.
