SQS India BFSI Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in the Board Meeting held on October 30, 2014 declared Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four Only) per equity share (@ 40% per equity share of Rs. 10/- each) as the Interim Dividend of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.<br/><br/>The date of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2014-15 shall be on or after November 27, 2014.
