SQS India BFSI Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Regulation 5 (5) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, find attached the Trading Plan received on August 21, 2015, from Ms. Meera Krishnan, who is an employee of the Company. The Trading Plan of the said employee have been approved by the Managing Director of the Company on August 21, 2015.
