Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Ltd has informed BSE that Sri. A. Sambasiva Rao, C.G.M (F&A) who was declared as C.F.O. of the Company as per listing agreement in the year 2006 had resigned from the Company w.e.f. April 09, 2015.
