SREI INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE LTD. - Updates on NCDs

With reference to the earlier letter dated November 12, 2014 intimating the decision of the Company to allot NCDs pursuant to the Public Issue, SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that the said NCDs have been admitted to dealings on BSE Limited (the "Designated Stock Exchange") w.e.f. November 14, 2014.
