SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to resignation of Mr. Bijoy Daga, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, as CEO - Infrastructure Project Finance, the Committee of Key Executives for determination of materiality of event/information under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has been re-constituted.
