SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 16,35,426 (Sixteen Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty Six only) NCDs, aggregating to Rs. 1,63,54,26,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Sixty Three Crores Fifty Four Lakhs and Twenty Six Thousand only) on July 28, 2015.
