With reference to the Circular May 11, 2015 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the formulation of Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Srei Insider Code) and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (Srei Fair Disclosure Code).
